Title of Question: My Dell Vostro 3360

The Question: Hi, this is my 3rd time of communicating without response. My Dell Vostro is doing my heading. It cannot connect to Internet. I have downloaded all the available drivers from the manufacturing website but, I cannot upload it becos, the su folder in the USB is not opening (the computer is not detecting the sub folder). When opened my device manager and checked the drivers missing, I relised (Ethernet controller, Network controller, PCI simple communications controller, 2x Unknown devices and USB2.0-CRW are missing. I don’t know what else to do. Please help.
