The old wooden garage door was due to be replaced as it was falling apart and very heavy to open.Today I install a new Pella door and Chamberlain WiFi enabled opener at Home Depot hardware store. I did not know at the time of purchase but my available headroom above the door was not enough to accommodate the included track. I ended up reinstalling the old track that was a low headroom double track design and it worked out in the end. The WiFi controlled opener can be accessed from my cell phone or computer used to open and close the overhead door, schedule events and look at past history.
