There are several reason why you may get a Windows error of Not a Valid Win32 Application error.

Some of these reason may be…
1. There is a space or other invalid character in the file directory name.
2. Download is incomplete or damaged.
3. The extension name of the program is incorrect.

The Question: Attempting to install the Windows XP Ethernet driver R132254.EXE on my Dell Optiplex 520 fails. Says, “R132254.EXE is not a valid Win32 application”. I have seen your YOUTUBE video
