Alternative to Microsoft Office – Introduction to Apache Open Office

It can be very frustrating when attempting to open or use documents written, created or modified with Microsoft’s Office Suite such as Word, PowerPoint or Excel if you do not have that particular product installed on the computer you are using. An alternative is to use a free, open source suite of compatible products called Apache Open Office.
