Sometimes a computer is to badly damaged and cannot be repaired or booted but we desperately need to retrieve the photos, documents and other user data from the hard drive.
This video discusses and shows how to physically remove the hard disk from a laptop or desktop and mount it in a portable USB hard drive caddie so that we are able to save the information to another device for further storage or use.
